Management Case Study (MCS):
Management Case Study is focusing on any industry but the candidate is assumed to be in Middle Management and he has not only to prove sufficient grasp of E2-P2-F2 but also Leadership skills to motivate and control the junior Management, as well as negotiations with senior management. Advanced levels of challenges call for more advanced thinking in terms of Enterprise, Performance and Finance.
Strategic Level
E3
Strategic Management (E3):
This syllabus provides an insight on how organisations successfully implement their strategies by aligning four key areas of their business- people, processes, projects and relationships. E3 also focuses on developing the capabilities of strategic leaders of organisations which enables them to develop a vision and direction for the business.
P3
Risk Management (P3):
P3 focuses on the different types of risks in the implementation of a strategy within an organisation. It identifies methods to manage those risks through processes, techniques and internal control systems. Risks associated with cash flows and capital investment decisions are specifically covered.
F3
Financial Strategy (F3):
The F3 syllabus focuses on how the financial strategy is developed in an organisational strategy. It also creates new skills that allow you to assess the financial requirements of organisations and evaluate alternative sources of finance. It helps build skills required to value investment opportunities such as mergers, acquisitions and divestment.
SCS
Strategic Case Study (SCS):
At the Strategic Level, the candidate is assumed to be the CFO and he/she reports directly to the Board on special projects, all of which includes strategy, risk management and advanced finance. Leadership and integration skills are critical here because the entire organization is depending on our clarity of insight.
