Co-founder & Managing Director
Saraf Academy was co-founded with a clear vision: to bring the best training for the most internationally renowned qualifications in accounting, business, and finance—delivered with rigor, relevance, and real outcomes across geographies. While these hard skills build competence, I have always seen that careers accelerate on how we communicate, present, and lead. As I often tell my learners: knowledge earns you a seat; your presence keeps you at the table, and your words move the room.
My journey made this belief personal. Right after school, I joined my father’s branded-watch business and learned—up close—how trust, presentation, and service shape results. I then worked as a Forex & Treasury consultant for corporates, where clarity and credibility could move decisions in minutes. For the last two decades in education, I’ve watched talented learners win—or lose—on how they show up. Over time the pattern was undeniable: soft skills are not “nice to have”; they are the difference between being heard and being overlooked. That is why I now lead Saraf Academy’s Soft Skills vertical as my passion and purpose—helping people elevate personality and presence so confidence becomes visible and outcomes improve.
Along the way, I earned a first-class Commerce degree, a Masters in Finance, and advanced finance credentials including CFA (USA), FRM (USA), and CIIA (UK). To formalize the human side of performance, I became an Internationally Qualified Soft Skills Trainer (City & Guilds, London · via ICBI) and an Internationally Qualified Image Consultant (ICBI; Conselle Institute), and completed Train-the-Trainer (NABET). In the last 4–5 years, I’ve designed and delivered practice-heavy programs for entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporate teams, senior leaders, and students—so that knowledge speaks clearly, presence signals credibility, and behavior creates consistent impact.
