Job Summary: Saraf Academy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled academic counselor who will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students pursuing their courses. The successful candidate will create a positive and supportive environment for students, ensuring their academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent in career counselling and Enrolments.
  • Should be able to meet and exceed the Enrolments
  • Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and planning their academic careers.
  • Handling enquiries and counselling on phone or mail or in-person.
  • Performing counselling & guidance for interested students and also existing students
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and outcomes..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in commerce or related field.
  • Proven experience as an academic counsellor, preferably in a commerce-based educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of commerce-related courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills..
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

This is a full-time position, and the salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The academic counsellor will report to the head of the department.

Location: This position is based in Kolkata and the candidate must be willing to work from the institute’s premises

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to join Saraf Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our website, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels. The content writer will work closely with the marketing team, faculty, and management to create educational content that aligns with our brand and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality and engaging content for the institute’s website, blog, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Research and gather information on various educational topics to create informative and engaging content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, faculty, and management to create content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
  • Develop content that promotes the institute’s educational programs, courses, and services.
  • Edit and proofread content before publishing to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency.
  • Develop content calendars and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and effective content distribution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong research skills and ability to translate complex information into clear and concise content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Job description
Saraf Academy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality and informative content for our website, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the faculty and management team to promote our brand in an innovative way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers. 
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. 
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.). 
  • Develop and write marketing content executions to be deployed across partner social media channels, including but not limited to blogs, social profiles, websites, and article websites.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. 
  • Work with SEO tools and platforms to create keyword maps for client websites. 
  • Be involved in website analysis, design, and development. 
  • Monitor, report, and analyze.

    Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent IT skills. 
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. 
  • Must know Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest and stay abreast of Google updates. 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
